В Каслях с рабочим визитом побывал министр спорта Челябинской области Леонид Одер. Главной темой совещания в администрации района стали вопросы подготовки к проведению в 2022 году областных летних сельских спортивных игр «Золотой колос» на территории Каслинского района.

В рамках совещания состоялось награждение отличившихся работников сферы физической культуры и спорта и членов сборной команды Каслинского района. 

Почетные грамоты министр спорта Челябинской области Леонид Одер вручил: Анне Молчановой, руководителю школьного туристического клуба «Атмосфера», она же стала обладателем золотого знака ГТО 7-й ступени и Ивану Хлабыстину, подполковнику внутренней службы МВД России. Благодарственные письма из рук министра получили Дмитрий Липатников, инструктор по спорту Багарякского поселения, и Юлия Ижбердина, кандидат в мастера спорта по лыжным гонкам, мастер спорта по ачери-биатлону. Ей также был вручен золотой знак ГТО 6-й ступени.

Благодарственных писем и премий главы Каслинского района за высокие результаты по итогам участия в зимних областных играх «Уральская метелица-2019» были удостоены: Анастасия Свидерских, серебряный призер по многоборью; Юлия Ижбердина, серебряный призер в соревнованиях по многоборью ГТО и лыжным гонкам; Яков Панкратов, серебряный призер в соревнованиях по многоборью ГТО; Анатолий Демченко за подготовку команд по лыжным гонкам и многоборью ГТО, а также Николай Перебасов, принявший участие в чемпионате России по легкой атлетике в закрытых помещениях среди ветеранов в городе Смоленске, где занял 2-е место на дистанциях 1,5 и 3 км.

Летом 2020 года в Каслинском районе планируется провести одно из самых массовых спортивных мероприятий региона — сельские спортивные игры «Золотой колос». Сильнейшие спортсмены из муниципальных районов Челябинской области будут бороться за призовые места в силовом троеборье, футболе, мини-футболе, волейболе, лёгкой атлетике, армрестлинге, перетягивании каната, соревнованиях по стрельбе и других видах спорта.

Как отметил министр спорта Леонид Одер, выбор районов, которым дается право проведения таких соревнований, проходит на коллегии в конкурентной борьбе. Областная коллегия решила предоставить такое право Каслинскому району. Поэтому необходимо объединить совместные усилия области, района и города в рамках подготовки к такому масштабному мероприятию, чтобы решать единую задачу — на высоком уровне провести игры «Золотой колос».

Каждый год финал сельских игр принимает один из районов Челябинской области, и к этому мероприятию местная спортивная инфраструктура или реконструируется, или создается вновь. Леонид Одер похвалил естественный газон на существующем футбольном поле в Каслях и энтузиастов, которые следят за полем и содержат его в идеальном состоянии. Но при этом заметил, что время не стоит на месте и районному центру необходим красивый современный стадион с футбольным искусственным полем нового поколения и беговыми дорожками. Для этого необходим проект, положительное заключение государственной экспертизы, чтобы со следующего года начать финансировать строительные работы.

На капитальный ремонт спортивного сооружения из областного бюджета планируется выделить порядка 40 млн рублей.

Администрация Каслинского городского поселения сумела привести убедительные доводы, что  рациональнее всего капитально отремонтировать ныне существующий стадион с трибунами в поселке Лобашова. По словам Екатерины Васениной, уже выполнен ряд подготовительных работ, а именно: инженерные изыскания, обследование лыжной базы, получены технические условия по инженерным коммуникациям (водоснабжение, водоотведение, теплоснабжение, электроснабжение, пожарные гидранты), осуществлены кадастровые работы на земельном участке, разработан генеральный план земельного участка, подготовлено техническое задание на проектирование объекта и другие работы.

Глава района Игорь Колышев, говоря о строительстве стадиона, подчеркнул, что главная задача, — чтобы этот объект был и не важно, где он будет  расположен.

– Есть позиция городской администрации, что стадион должен быть на месте существующего в поселке Лобашова. Значит, нужно сосредоточиться на том, чтобы он был там, потому что задача для нас общая и работа предстоит большая и серьезная. Районная администрация готова оказать соответствующее содействие и помощь городскому бюджету для решения данного вопроса, – заверил Игорь Владиславович.

В свою очередь министр спорта обратил внимание, что стадион – это еще не весь комплекс мероприятий, который необходимо сделать.

– Город должен быть приведен в очень хорошее состояние в плане благоустройства: отремонтированные аккуратные дороги, чистые, ухоженные улицы. Одним словом, город должен расцвести. Гости приедут со всей области и у них будет с чем сравнивать, – предупредил он. 

В рамках встречи также прошло обсуждение перспективных направлений развития сферы физической культуры и спорта в Каслинском районе в рамках регионального проекта «Спорт — норма жизни!». Глава района Игорь Колышев кратко охарактеризовал ситуацию в каслинском спорте, отметив, что из года в год на это направление увеличивается финансирование из бюджета района. Так, в 2018 году общая сумма финансирования составила порядка 30 млн рублей, в 2017 году – 24 млн рублей, а в 2015 году финансирование спорта по консолидированному бюджету составляло всего 4 млн 880 тыс. рублей. 

Говоря об основных показателях результативности и эффективности в сфере физической культуры и спорта, Игорь Колышев отметил следующее: «Полезным для глав поселений стал введённый в районе рейтинг оценки муниципальных образований. У нас работает 40 инструкторов по спорту, оценка их деятельности тоже является предметом нашего анализа. Чтобы повысить показатель обеспеченности населения района спортивными сооружениями, используются школьные спортивные залы. Четыре образовательных учреждения тесно взаимодействуют со спорткомитетом по данному вопросу, с остальными еще необходимо провести работу. Одновременно, мы изыскиваем возможности использования муниципального имущества. Так, в этом году запланировали создание фитнес-центра в селе Тюбук на базе пустующего помещения, принадлежавшего ранее сельской больнице. При условии софинансирования из бюджета Тюбукского поселения, будет выделена соответствующая финансовая помощь из районного бюджета. Сегодня ведется работа по подготовке и оценке объема средств. Большое внимание уделяется работе бассейна. Там открыто три группы по обучению детей плаванию. Параллельно работают и другие секции по плаванию. Запущен проект «Детский спортивный туризм», который в том числе связан и с возможностью детей, проживающих на сельских территориях  района, посещать бассейн. Данная услуга осуществляется через образовательные учреждения и предоставляется бесплатно. Новый автобус, приобретенный в рамках программы «Реальные дела», закреплен за ДЮСШ  и это тоже позволяет улучшить возможность участия наших спортсменов в соревнованиях. Продолжается работа над формированием земельного участка по «Тропе здоровья». Место выбрано хорошее — в сторону «Прямой пристани».

Считаю, что на сегодняшний момент работа в сфере спорта подвергнута достаточно серьезному анализу. Мы видим наши точки роста, людей, на которых можем опираться, и я уверен, что и в этом, и в следующем году мы будем только наращивать результаты по всем индикативным показателям», – в заключение подытожил глава района Игорь Колышев.
